Short Description:

The Sandwich Tern is a medium-sized seabird with a slender body and long, pointed wings. It has a black cap on its head, which contrasts sharply with its white forehead and underparts. Its bill is long and yellow with a black tip, and its legs are black. During the breeding season, adults may develop a shaggy crest on their nape. Juveniles have a more mottled appearance with a darker bill.

Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast
The Sandwich Tern can be found along the coastline of the Arabian Sea, particularly in areas with sandy beaches, mudflats, and estuaries. They are primarily observed during their winter migration period, which spans from September to April, although some individuals may remain year-round in suitable coastal habitats
Sandwich Terns are highly migratory birds, breeding in northern Europe and migrating southward to warmer climates during the non-breeding season. They are skilled aerial hunters, diving headfirst into the water to catch fish, which they grasp with their bill before returning to the surface. They are often observed foraging in flocks, particularly in areas with abundant fish populations.
