The Indian Blue Robin (Larvivora brunnea) is a resident bird of northern Pakistan, inhabiting dense undergrowth in moist forests. Secretive and elusive, it feeds mainly on insects and other small invertebrates. The male's striking blue and orange plumage makes it one of Pakistan's most beautiful forest birds and a favorite among birdwatchers and wildlife photographers.
